The Sam Viersen Family Foundation Scholarship is available for high school seniors graduating from a high school in Okmulgee County.   Applicant must be graduating in spring, must have attended high school in Okmulgee county for at least two years, have a minimum cumulative high school GPA of 3.0 and a minimum ACT score of 24.  Applicant must plan to attend an accredited university, enroll in a minimum of 12 hours per semester (fall and spring) and maintain a cumulative 3.0 while in college.  The scholarship award is $12,000 per semester and renewable for up to three consecutive years.

The application will open February 12, 2024 will close April 15, 2024.
