Current Funding Opportunities for Nonprofits

Tulsa Community Foundation (TCF) is pleased to announce multiple funding opportunities available for eligible nonprofit organizations. Grant applications are now open from the following funds: 

  • Arts & Humanities Council Tulsa Foundation Fund
  • Eye Concerns Assistance Fund
  • Healthcare Grants Program Funds (includes the Pediatric Healthcare Fund and Wellness and Home Health Fund)
  • Mocha Small Business Enterprise and Education Fund
  • Victor R. Schock Financial Literacy Fund

ARTS & HUMANITIES COUNCIL TULSA FOUNDATION FUND

In 2025, the Arts and Humanities Council of Tulsa dissolved its 501(c)(3) status and established a charitable component fund of TCF focused on arts and humanities programs that give back to Tulsa.  This fund reflects the understanding that meaningful impact in the arts is best achieved when artists and organizations are trusted to lead with their vision and expertise.

Eligibility Guidelines

  • This is a competitive funding opportunity for nonprofit organizations with a primary focus on arts and humanities, and organized as an exempt organization under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code.  (Entities with a 501(c)(3) fiscal sponsor are also eligible.)
  • Organizations must be located in the Tulsa metropolitan statistical area.
  • Grant amounts will typically range up to $5,000.

EYE CONCERNS ASSISTANCE FUND

Tulsa Community Foundation (TCF) invites eligible 501(c)(3) organizations to apply for the Eye Concerns Assistance Fund.  The fund supports programs and projects at Tulsa-area organizations that create and/or repair medically necessary prosthetic eyes for indigent persons. Grant amounts will typically not exceed $1,000.

Eligibility Guidelines

Priority will be given to programs that:

  • Counsel and educate indigent persons in connection with their healthcare and prosthetic services,
  • Provide other types of medically necessary facial prostheses, and/or
  • Contract with surgeons to perform surgery which better supports an eye prosthesis.

HEALTHCARE GRANTS PROGRAM FUND

TCF invites 501(c)(3) nonprofit organizations to apply for two competitive healthcare funding opportunities. One application is required and applies for both opportunities.

Eligibility Guidelines

  • Pediatric Healthcare Fund Supports programs addressing the health needs of low-income children in Tulsa County. Funding priority is given to organizations providing pediatric physical and mental health services or special needs education to uninsured, underinsured, or underserved children under 18. Eligible projects must expand capacity or enhance existing services. Programs funded primarily through state appropriations are not eligible. (Grants typically range from $2,500–$30,000.)
  • Wellness and Home Health Fund Supports wellness and home health programs serving individuals in the Tulsa and Oklahoma City areas. Funding priority is given to organizations serving those unable to pay for services. Grant requests may not exceed 50% of the total program or project budget. (Grants typically range from $2,500–$10,000.)

MOCHA SMALL BUSINESS ENTERPRISE AND EDUCATION FUND

TCF invites eligible 501(c)(3) organizations to apply for the Mocha Small Business Enterprise and Education Fund. The fund supports programs and projects at Tulsa-area organizations that strengthen Oklahoma small businesses through education, ethical business practices, and enterprise development. Grants may be awarded to one organization or divided among multiple recipients. Grant amounts will typically not exceed $10,000.

Eligibility Guidelines

Priority will be given to programs that:

  • Advance entrepreneurship and business education
  • Support Oklahoma small businesses through public, private, nonprofit, or economic development partnerships:
  • Education small business owners on business planning, financial planning, management, and growth; or
  • Teach youth about small business and the American free enterprise system.

VICTOR R. SCHOCK FINANCIAL LITERACY FUND

Tulsa Community Foundation (TCF) invites eligible 501(c)(3) organizations to apply for the Victor R. Schock Financial Literacy Fund. The fund supports programs and projects at nonprofit organizations in Oklahoma whose mission is to promote financial literacy.  Grant amounts will range between $2,500 and $50,000.

ADDITIONAL OPPORTUNITY FOR NONPROFITS

TCF is also excited to share an opportunity through the Oklahoma Center for Nonprofits (OKCNP). Thanks to generous underwriters, OKCNP is offering the IU Lilly Family School of Philanthropy’s Certificate in Fund Raising Management at a discounted rate of $2,500 (a $10,000 value).

Additionally, the H.A. and Mary K. Chapman Foundation has provided a scholarship pool, making 80% scholarships available to Tulsa-area nonprofits. Applicants must be OKCNP members to qualify, though partial membership scholarships may also be available.
