The Houston Banker’s Classic is a golf tournament held to raise awareness of our philanthropic pursuit and connect professionals in the banking industry through the enjoyment of golf. Houston Haven is a non-profit 501(c)(3) ministry dedicated to providing low cost housing to out-of-town cancer patients and their families undergoing treatment at the Texas Medical Center in Houston, TX. In 2023 alone, Houston Haven served 42 families from 19 states for a total of 2,384 nights across the 14 properties. The ministry’s mission is to love people undergoing cancer treatment by providing a haven for their physical needs through housing and meals, and their emotional and spiritual needs through support and prayer.
