The purpose of the Fund is to provide scholarships for charitable distributions to any member or child of a member of the Salaam Club of Oklahoma, Inc. for the prior two membership years or any member or child of a member of the Southern Federation of Syrian Lebanese American Clubs for the prior three membership years.

Scholarship recipient (or recipients) must be a graduating senior from a high school located in Creek, Muskogee, Okmulgee, Pawnee, Rogers, Tulsa, or Wagoner County, who is an entering freshman in an undergraduate program of study at an accredited U.S. college or university that results in a certificate or diploma.
2026 Application Cycle: February 17, 2025- March 31, 2025.
