We assist students locally and nationally in pursuing their educational dreams

Scholarship funds at TCF annually provide approximately $20 million in educational aid for students at institutions of higher learning. Each donor or group of donors determines the conditions for which the scholarships are awarded. The diversity of eligibility criteria reflects the variety of donor motivations to create or support scholarship funds.

Belinda McCormick Scholarship

  • Available to graduating seniors from Sapulpa high school, who, immediately after graduation, plan to enroll full-time in an undergraduate degree-seeking program of study in music education, vocal music, or band instruction, at an accredited U.S. college, university, technical program or trade school.
  • 2026 Application Cycle: February 17th – March 31st

Carolyn Sue and Wayne Lee Scholarship 

  • Two scholarship programs available to 1) Students attending Oklahoma Christian University and 2) Current graduates from a high school in McCurtain County, Oklahoma.
  • 2026 Application Cycle: February 17th – March 31st

Central States Manufacturing Scholarship

  • Available to dependents of regular full-time Central States employees.
  • 2026 Application Cycle: February 17th – March 31st

Dan Stamper Scholarship

  • Available for graduating seniors from Grove High School, in Grove, OK.
  • 2026 Application Cycle: February 17th – March 31st.

Delores and Jerry Etter Graduate Research Scholarship

  • Available for M.S. and Ph.D. students who will be working on research related to the Joseph H. Williams Tallgrass Prairie Preserve.
  • 2026 Application Cycle: February 15th-April 15th

Delores and Jerry Etter Shidler Scholarship

  • Available to graduating seniors of Shidler High School in Shidler, OK who plan to enroll in an undergraduate program of study at an accredited U.S. college, university, technical program or trade school that results in a certificate or diploma.  Applicants must be a current graduating senior.
  • 2026 Application Cycle: February 15th-April 15th

Don and Pam Sherrer Scholarship

  • Available for graduating seniors from Balko High School, in Balko, OK.
  • 2026 Application Cycle: February 17th – March 31st

Ed and Linda Berger Scholarship

  • Available for graduating seniors from Tulsa Public Schools with one or both parents or step-parents who are or have been incarcerated.
  • 2026 Application Cycle: February 17th – March 31st

Empowering YOU

  • Applicants must be pursuing an associates, bachelor’s or master’s degree from an accredited Tulsa area institution of higher education.  The particular focus of the program is to assist adults who have endured difficult circumstances but have a willingness to better their situation through education.
  • 2026 Application Cycle: February 12th – March 31st, 2024

Epsilon Iota Boule-Dr. Preston J. Phillips Scholarship

  • The mission of the Epsilon Iota Boule-Dr. Preston J. Phillips Scholarship Program is meant to enhance the educational opportunities through scholarship and mentorship for high school students from the Greater Tulsa Area seeking to attend institutions of higher learning. A particular emphasis will be placed on the cultivation, of the yet to be fully realized potential of the student. We seek to honor the achievements of the scholars in our communities. However, we also want to reach out to those individuals that are “late bloomers,” but demonstrate upward trajectory of academic performance. In addition to the scholarship, the recipients may also participate in the Sigma Pi Phi Fraternity’s career mentoring program.
  • The following types of scholarships will be awarded: For scholars attending four-year colleges or universities. – Scholars selected annually to each be awarded $2,500 per year, renewable for four years. Applicants must have a cumulative GPA of 3.0 and if awarded, maintain a 3.0 GPA in their respective post-secondary education institution to receive the subsequent year’s award.

Invited Scholars Fund

  • The Invited Scholars Award supports students enrolled in undergraduate, trade or vocational programs at U.S. institutions. Applicants must also meet one of the following criteria:

    •Current Invited employee, or an affiliate, full-time, part-time, or seasonal with a minimum one year of tenure (working 20+ hours/week).
    • A dependent child (natural, step or adopted) of an eligible employee who is either a graduating high school senior OR enrolling at an accredited U.S. institution or trade school within 24 months of high school graduation

  • 2026 Application Cycle: February 16th – March 31st

Hershberger FFA Scholarship Award

  • Must be a graduating senior at Sapulpa High School in FFA program planning to attend college immediately following graduation (upcoming fall) and attend an accredited college, university or vocational-technical college.
  • Requires recommendation from FFA Advisor.
  • 2026 Application Cycle: February 17th – March 31st

Hershberger Youth Scholarship Award

  • Available to students who attend First Methodist Church of Sapulpa with at least 20% participation in their programs.
  • Applicants must be a graduating senior planning to attend college immediately following graduation (upcoming fall) and attend an accredited college, university or vocational-technical college.
  • 2026 Application Cycle: February 17th – March 31st

J.D. Fletcher Family Scholarship Award

  • Applicants must be a graduating senior from a high school located in Creek County, Oklahoma, planning to attend an accredited four-year college or university immediately following high school graduation (upcoming fall), and who plan on pursing a bachelor’s in science.
  • 2026 Application Cycle: February 17th – March 31st

Jon P Nelson Scholarship

  • Available for students who have graduated from an Oklahoma high school and officially declared an engineering major with an energy focus.
  • 2026 Application Cycle: February 17th – March 31st

Jordan Winkler Memorial Scholarship

  • Accepts nominations from faculty and coaches for a wrestler on the Union Public High School wrestling team who demonstrates leadership, citizenship, a strong work ethic, and determination.

Joyce Bright Scholarship Award

  • The purpose of the Joyce Bright Scholarship is to provide higher education scholarships for students with financial need and that have graduated from a high school located in Tulsa County, Oklahoma with a grade point average in the top 3% of the graduating class.
  • 2026 Application Cycle: February 17th – March 31st

Knowledge is Golden Scholarship

  • Available for current and past residents of Clearview, OK, including all descendants and past graduates of Clearview High School.
  • 2026 Application Cycle: February 17th – March 31st

Laura C. Stauffer Scholarship

  • Available for University of Tulsa graduate students pursuing a Master of Arts in Museum Science and Management and University of Oklahoma graduate or Ph.D. students in the School of Art and Art History.
  • 2026 Application Cycle: February 17th – May 31st

Linda Grantham and Jerry Harlan Scholarship

  • Available to current seniors at Blackwell High School in Blackwell, OK.
  • 2026 Application Deadline: TBD

Murphy Family Scholarship Fund for Teachers

  • Available to current teachers or teacher aides at a Diocese of Tulsa Catholic School in pursuit of an undergraduate or graduate degree in education or a related field.
  • 2026 Application Deadline: February 15th

The Panny McElroy Distributor Scholarship (Academic & Vocational)

  • Available to eligible dependents of full-time employees of McElroy Manufacturing, Inc. or its eligible distributors.
  • 2026 Application Cycle: November, 11, 2025 – March 31, 2026.
    • The Panny McElroy Distributor Vocational Scholarship offers financial assistance for students to pursue a degree or certificate from accredited technical, vocational or trade schools worldwide. Applicants may be recent high school graduates or current members of the workforce seeking a degree or certificate from an accredited technical, vocational or trade school.
    • The Panny McElroy Distributor Academic Scholarship offers financial assistance for students to pursue studies at accredited colleges and universities worldwide. Students from all majors and academic levels – including incoming freshmen, undergraduates and graduate students – are encouraged to apply.

Pat E. Gereau R.N. Scholarship

  • Available to students who are in an undergraduate program of study and pursuing a career in nursing at an accredited U.S. college, university, technical program or trade school in Tulsa, Oklahoma area.
  • 2026 Application Cycle: February 17th – March 31st

RAE Family Foundation Education Scholarship

  • Available to children of active, full-time employees of RAE Corporation who have been employed by the company for a minimum of two consecutive years, or individuals that have participated in the RAE internship program.
  • 2026 Application Cycle: February 17th – March 31st

RAE Family Community Scholarship

  • Provides scholarships for current graduates of high schools located in Mayes County, Oklahoma who plan to enroll in an undergraduate program of study
  • 2026 Application Cycle: February 17 – April 22

Sam Viersen Family Foundation Scholarship

  • Available for high school seniors graduating from a high school in Okmulgee County, Oklahoma.
  • 2026 Application Cycle: December 1, 2025 – February 16, 2026

Salaam Club of Tulsa Scholarship

  • Available to any member or child of a member of the Salaam Club of Oklahoma, Inc. for the prior two membership years or any member or child of a member of the Southern Federation of Syrian Lebanese American Clubs for the prior three membership years.
  • 2026 Application Cycle: February 15, 2026 – March 31, 2026

Sergeant Craig Johnson Scholarship

  • Available for high school seniors currently residing in east Tulsa with a minimum 2.5 GPA.
  • Special preference will be given to students majoring in a degree that illustrates a commitment to public service and/or with the greatest financial need.
  • 2026 Application Cycle: February 17th – March 31st

Southern Hills Country Club Employee Scholarship Program

  • Available for individuals who are current full or part-time employees of Southern Hills Country Club (SHCC) or are natural or adopted children of current full or part-time SHCC employees.
  • 2026 Application Cycle: February 17th – April 15th

Terry Hessong Memorial Scholarship

  • Available for students graduating from high school in Nowata County, Oklahoma.
  • 2026 Application Cycle: February 17th – March 31st

Tulsa Achievement Investment Scholarship of Kappa Alpha Psi

  • The purpose of the Tulsa Achievement Investment Scholarship Fund is to provide scholarships for collegiate members of Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity Inc, specifically any student that graduated from any Tulsa County (OK) high school with plans of attending an accredited, domestic collegiate institution.
  • 2026 Application Cycle: February 17th – March 31st

Tulsa State Fair Junior Livestock Auction Scholarship

  • Available for graduating seniors who have shown livestock at the Tulsa State Fair.
  • 2026 Application Cycle: December 2, 2025 – March 1, 2026
