The purpose of the Delores and Jerry Etter Eagle Scout and Gold Award Scholarship is to provide scholarship support to students who graduate from an Oklahoma high school in Spring 2025, and who have attained Eagle Scout status with the Boy Scouts of America or Gold Award status with Girl Scouts of USA. In addition, the students must be planning to major in a STEM (science, technology, engineering, or mathematics) area at a U.S. university or college.
ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS: Through this competitive scholarship program, up to five scholarships of $5,000 each will be awarded to the selected and eligible students entering their Freshman year in the Fall of 2025.

- Applicants should use an email address they will have access to post- graduation. A personal account as opposed to a school assigned account works best as school accounts are often decommissioned and the student might need access to their profile in the future.
- Application requirements will include (1) an essay describing STEM major and career goals in addition to a description of the student’s Eagle Scout Service Project or Gold Award Project, (2) a copy of an official high school transcript, and (3) a letter of reference from a leader in the student’s scouting experiences.
