The primary purpose of the Bill Lay Memorial Scholarship Program is to provide financial assistance to a male or female student pursuing an engineering degree from Oral Roberts University (ORU) in Tulsa, OK. The scholarship is a two-year award totaling $3,000 or $1,500 per year. Scholarship payments will be made at the beginning of the fall semester and at the beginning of the spring semester.
