The Murphy Family Scholarship for Teachers is an opportunity for teachers or teacher aides at a Diocese of Tulsa Catholic School to receive financial assistance in their pursuit of an undergraduate or graduate degree in education or a related field. The program strongly encourages teachers who have been interested in the idea of pursuing a degree but who felt that it was cost-prohibitive. The Murphy Family Scholarship hopes to make furthering your education more affordable. Applicants must be a teacher or teacher aide at a Diocese of Tulsa Catholic School with a minimum of 2 years of teaching experience. Administrators are not eligible to apply. Applicants who are currently enrolled in course work must have a minimum of a 2.5 GPA. To reapply for additional scholarship support in subsequent years, student must have maintained at least a 2.5 GPA.

Once logged in with your profile, please select “Scholarship Application” to begin your application process. You will have the opportunity to apply for the Murphy Family Scholarship for Teachers in addition to other scholarship opportunities offered through Tulsa Community Foundation for which you might be eligible. The application deadline is April 15, 2024.
